DO'S OF INTERNET AT WORKPLACE
In today's world of technology, internet has become vital part in everyone's life. People use internet to do lots of stuff like social networks, sending e-mail etc. Now days, internet is used at work place because employees need to contact their customers, employees and employer via e-mails.But employees focus on their personal stuff due to which employer has to face lot of loss.
Company should give proper training to employees about how to send emails and less use of their personal work. They should also warn employees about uploading the financial data only on the secure websites. Employees should not download unnecessary documents or software which are not related to their work. Employees should use encryption and passwords on their office work and personal work. They should make sure that their employees should know why they are given internet access, it should help them to make their job better and not create any distraction or hindrance.
DONOT'S OF INTERNET AT WORKPLACE
Employees should not waste companies time by sitting on social media and not doing the work as it wastes companies money also. Employees should not share any personal opinions about their coworkers and employers. Employees should not look for job on their current employer internet as its against the policy. They should not store their personal data in the computer of the office as other employees can also access that computer and it can be hindrance for them also.
